How it works
Step 1
Create an order in the portal
Click Create Order in Portal and complete checkout inside your account at us-orders.femtoevo.com.
Payment is available only after review: a Stripe payment link will appear in your portal account once your order is reviewed.
Step 2
Choose the service option
- Mail‑In: Ship ECU to Miami. Shipping cost is not included and will be added after calculation.
- Drive‑In: Bring your car. ECU removal is paid separately. Business days 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Call ahead.
- Walk‑In: Bring only the removed ECU. Business days 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Step 3
Order completed
When your order status becomes Processed, your unlock is ready.
Return shipping is handled by FEMTOEVO’s logistics partner. Tracking will be added to your order.

How do I place an order?

How does payment work?
